Edwardian 14kt/Platinum Diamond + Pearl "Question Mark" Pendant Necklace 18.5"
A unique diamond "question mark" pendant necklace from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This gorgeous mixed metals piece is comprised of a diamond pendant crafted in 14kt yellow gold and platinum which hangs from a fine gold chain. The pendant forms the shape of the charming punctuation mark, and is lined with graduated old Mine Cut diamonds, sparkling beautifully in the light with every turn. A lovely pearl accentuates the end, exhibiting a creamy white hue and incredible surface luster. The pendant hangs from a simple bail at the top, which dangles from a delicate yellow gold link chain that fastens with a spring ring clasp. A fabulous and unique statement piece that is perfect for every day wear, it would make a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurements: The necklace measures 18.5" long. The pendant hangs approximately 7/8" long (including the bail at the top), measures about 1/4" wide, and is 1/16" thick. The pearl measures 3mm.
Condition: The overall condition of this piece is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting. The pearl and all of the diamonds are intact and securely set. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
