A classic ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow gold and topped in platinum, 1.40 carats of round cut diamonds surround a gorgeous 1.25 carat cushion-cut emerald. The emerald emits a lush green color with its natural inclusions and the whiteness of the surrounding diamonds only bolster the emerald's fabulous hue. The emerald is prong set, whereas the diamonds are all bezel set. The ring is completed with a simple golden band with cathedral-style shoulders. Accompanying the ring is GIA Emerald Origin Report #1226826288 completed February of 2023 stating the emerald's origin as Colombian, with no indication of treatment for clarity enhancement. This lovely piece would be a wonderful addition to any Edwardian collection!
