Edwardian 18kt Mine Cut Diamond 5-Stone Ring

SKU: 44639

A gorgeous Edwardian (ca1910s) era diamond ring! Crafted in 18kt yellow gold, this stunning piece has a beautiful 5-stone design. Lining the face of the ring is a row of gently graduated old Mine Cut diamonds. Eight small Rose Cut diamonds adorn the shared edges of the larger diamonds, creating a seamless sparkle. The Old Mine Cut diamonds have an approximate total weight of 0.75ctw with I/J range color and VS-SI range clarity, beautifully sparkling with every turn. The ring's gallery and shoulders are decorated with swirling filigree and delicate engraving before tapering into a polished band. The inside of the band has partial hallmarks: "s" and "t", and is engraved with "9 August 1910" in an elegant script. This diamond band looks lovely stacked with other complementary rings or could make a perfect wedding band!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.75 but could be re-sized. The width of the band measures 6mm in front and 1.7mm at the back.

Condition: The ring is in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
