Edwardian 18kt/Platinum Diamond 3-stone Floral Motif Ring 0.80ctw
A stunning and unusual diamond ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! The piece, which is crafted in 18kt yellow gold topped with platinum, features three beautiful old Mine Cut diamonds set in an elongated manner at the center. Collectively, the three sparkling stones have an overall approximate weight of 0.80ctw, with the largest set in the center and weighing 0.50ct, each exhibiting H-I range color and SI range clarity. The largest stone, which acts as the center of the flower motif, is encircled by a horseshoe-shaped frame lined with old Rose Cut diamonds. Additional Rose Cuts adorn the foliage and base of the flower, beautifully completing the feminine and unique design. The two-tone centerpiece is set at the front of a simple, gold band which tapers slightly towards the back. This gorgeous ring would make a lovely everyday piece or a could make a wonderful alternative engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 7. The centerpiece design measures a little more than 3/8" wide and 3/4" tall.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum and gold setting and all of the stones are intact.
