Edwardian 18kt/Platinum Diamond Square Head Nail Ring 0.22ctw

SKU: 42786

$1,195
A fabulous diamond nail ring from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This stunning piece is crafted in 18kt yellow gold topped in platinum, and depicts a square head nail that curves around the finger, forming a striking design. Resting near the head of the nail are a combination of Single and Full Cut diamonds, which are micro-prong set in platinum. The sparkling stones weigh approximately 0.22ctw combined, catching the light brilliantly with every turn, while the milgrain accents provide a wonderful feminine touch. The smoothly polished shank wraps around the back of the finger, and stamped inside is a "18C&PLAT" purity mark beside an overlapping "32" maker's mark and "REG833007." A classic piece that translates perfectly into a modern day style, it could be worn alone or stacked with other rings, and would make a fabulous addition to any collection!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size scant 6.5, but could be resized. The front of the ring measures approximately 1/8" wide and rests 1/8" above the finger when worn. The band measures 1.5mm wide at the back.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum and gold setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
