Edwardian 18kt White Gold Diamond & Sapphire Ring .30ctw
A stunning diamond and sapphire ring from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This wonderful ring has a single old Mine Cut diamond that is set in the center of a slightly convex rectangular setting which curves nicely around the finger. The center stone, which has an approximate total weight of .10ct tw, is bead set in a box setting and sits slightly higher in the mounting. Also detailing the rectangular plaque are 20 calibrated sapphires, 4 rows of 5 stones, and 4 additional old Single Cut diamonds that have a total weight of .20ct tw. The ring is made of 18kt white gold and has delicate wirework and milgrained detail throughout. It is stamped on the inside shank "18". It's a lovely ring that would look beautiful worn everyday or could make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 3.75 but it could easily be re-sized. The rectangular plaque measures approximately 5/8" tall and a little less than 1/2" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting and all of the diamonds and sapphires are intact.
