Edwardian 18kt Yellow, Rose + White Gold Floral Motif Band Ring

SKU: 41378

A gorgeous mixed metals band ring from the Edwardian (ca 1910) era! Crafted in 18kt white, yellow, and rose gold, this lovely piece features a beautiful appliqué design covering the entire length of the ring. The band itself is made of white gold and found along the surface is an alternating pattern of elongated pink and yellow gold flowers. The flowers have a light, etched petal design and the white gold background has a fine textured surface. A delicate milgrained border lines the top and bottom of the ring and stamped along the shank, is "18K W" next to the maker's mark, "WOOD" which stands for JR Wood & Sons. This lovely tri-color ring would make an perfect wedding band, anniversary piece, or an excellent addition to any ring stack!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 4.5 and measures 2.5mm wide. It could be resized very slightly if desired.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is great. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the mixed metals gold setting, however, due to the age of the ring, there is some wear to the etched petals on the flowers which is hardly noticeable when worn. Additionally, it appears that the ring was resized at some point and in turn, two of the yellow gold flowers have been merged together.
