Edwardian Platinum Diamond & Zircon Ring 15ct. center
This impressive zircon ring from the Edwardian era (ca1910) is stunning! Made of platinum, the ring holds a large natural blue zircon at the center, which is prominently featured at the center of a sparkling diamond-encrusted mounting. The blue zircon, which weighs approximately 15ct, is prong set and beautifully faceted, displaying a gorgeous vivid blue color. A diamond encrusted design forms the base of the platinum bezel, complete with delicate filigree cutouts and fine milgrain detail. Stamped inside the shank is "IRID PLAT". An outstanding statement piece, it has a very striking and important look that would be perfect for special occasions!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 7.25 but could easily be re-sized. The face of the ring has a 3/4" diameter and rests 3/8" above the finger when worn.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. The blue zircon and diamonds are all intact.
