Art Deco Platinum Jade + Diamond Compilation Pendant
A wonderful jade and diamond compilation pendant! The diamond top and the jade stone, both original Art Deco (ca1920s) pieces, have since been paired to seamlessly fit into modern-day fashion by the addition of a contemporary hinged bezel. The feminine piece is crafted in platinum and features nine old Mine Cut diamonds that line the angular surmount design which includes fine milgrain and open wirework details. A delightfully green jade oval cabochon hangs below, its colorful hue contrasting beautifully with the sparkling diamonds. This sweet pendant is ready to hang from a favorite chain with its hidden double bail, and the piece would look fabulous worn day or night!
Measurements: The pendant hangs approximately 1 1/8" long, and measures about 1/2" wide and 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the piece is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. The diamonds and jade are all intact and securely set. The bail and hinge are secure and in good working order.
