Edwardian Platinum Square Rose Cut Diamond Eternity Band 0.80ctw
An incredible eternity band from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! This stunning piece is crafted in platinum and lined with 36 square old Rose Cut diamonds, which carry around the entire surface of the ring. Collectively, the stones weigh approximately 0.80ctw and rest in a smoothly polished channel setting. Square Rose Cut diamonds are unusual to see in an antique eternity band, making this ring a very unique find! The ring looks fabulous worn alone or stacked with other bands and would make a stunning anniversary piece or unique wedding band!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5.5 but could possibly be adjusted in size very slightly if desired. The band measures approximately 2.5mm wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the platinum setting, and all of the square Rose Cut diamonds are intact. It appears that at least one stone has been replaced with a modern Square Cut, however, it is not noticeable when worn, nor does it detract from the overall beauty of the piece.
