Estate 18kt Diamond Engagement Ring 1.53ct center
A fabulous Estate diamond engagement ring with a beautiful Art Deco style! This gorgeous piece is crafted in 18kt white gold and adorns an 1.53ct Round Brilliant Cut diamond at the center. The stone is held within a cathedral style filigree mounting and displays I color and I1 clarity. Gracing the entire gallery, including two elegant floral motifs along the sides, are 24 similarly cut accent diamonds, weighing 0.34ctw combined. The sparkling shoulders are lined with 12 additional diamonds, weighing 0.24ctw combined. Collectively, the total overall carat weight of the ring is 2.11ctw, creating a stunning eye-catching design. Finishing the piece is wonderful milgrain detail found throughout, and an elegant wheat motif that graces all three sides of the band, ending in a smoothly polished finish at the back. Stamped inside of the shank is an "18K" gold purity mark, "bkc" and a "BK" maker's marks. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified gemologist in March 2020 and has a stated retail replacement value of $12,000.00. It is absolutely breathtaking when worn and would make an outstanding engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size scant 6.75 but could easily be resized. When worn, the ring sits approximately 1/4" atop the finger. The band measures 1.5mm at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting and all of the diamonds are intact.
