A breathtaking ring from the Georgian (ca1750) era! This lovely ring is crafted in 14kt gold and topped in sterling silver. A large, sparkling garnet rests at the center, held within a closed foil-back setting. A beautiful open wirework design frames the garnet with four Rose Cut diamonds, two at either side. A wonderful and enchanting Georgian era ring, it looks simply stunning when worn. It would make a magnificent addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 5.5 but could be resized slightly.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling-topped gold setting, or to any of the gemstones, all of which are securely set.
