Georgian 14kt/Sterling Rose Cut Diamond Open Wirework Ring

SKU: 42264

$1,295
An exquisite diamond ring from the Georgian (ca1830) era! The sterling silver centerpiece displays a feminine, open wirework design adorned with sparkling diamonds. The swirled wirework creates delicate cutouts throughout, resembling a lace-like appearance that reflects its Spanish style. A stunning Rose Cut diamond rests at the center in a closed back setting, sparkling softly as it catches the light. Additional accent diamonds grace the design, adding more shimmering radiance to the piece. Finishing the design are pillar-style shoulders and a smooth band at the back, which are crafted in 14kt rosy gold for a wonderful mixed metals appeal. A stunning Georgian piece, this ring makes a fabulous statement when worn, and would be perfect for special occasions!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.5, but could easily be re-sized. The centerpiece measures approximately 3/4" tall, a little less than 3/4" wide, and rests 1/8" above the finger when worn. The band measures 2mm wide at the back.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the sterling silver and rose gold setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
