H. MORGAN Vintage Native American Sterling Turquoise Cuff Bracelet
A fabulous Vintage Native American turquoise cuff bracelet by renowned Navajo artist Harry Morgan! This fabulous piece is crafted in sterling silver and features one large turquoise stone set across the front of a stacked wirework style cuff bracelet. The gorgeous oval shaped center stone is bezel set and surrounded by a twisted rope wirework border featuring delicate beaded accents at the top and bottom. The incredible turquoise displays beautiful light and dark grass green hues marbled with white and reddish brown matrix throughout. Three mirrored decorative accents flank the center stone, including a twisted rope wirework bar, a round link, and a lovely clam shell motif, all adding unique eye-catching elements to the design. The stacked wirework cuff graduates slightly towards the back to an opening where the bracelet can be easily slipped on and off, and stamped along the inside is a "STERLING" purity mark beside the signature "H.MORGAN" hallmark. This stunning and gorgeous piece looks incredible when worn and is a must for any Native American jewelry collection!
Measurements: The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures approximately 2 1/8" wide and 1 5/8" tall and the cuff opening measures a little more than 3/4" wide. The front surface of the bracelet measures approximately 1 1/4" at its widest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver setting or to the turquoise stone, which is intact and securely set. There is a natural darkened patina on the silver, which is common given the age of the piece and adds a wonderful contrast to the design.
