Late Art Deco 14kt Hand Carved Jade Earrings
Fantastic jade earrings from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! Each earring begins with a single jade bead which attaches to simple 14kt yellow gold earring wires. Dangling from the round surmount is an elongated barrel shaped link which displays a rich, black enameled surface and attaches to a gorgeous, jade ring. The large, flat ring has wonderful, milky green color and displays soft cutouts and an intricately hand carved floral design throughout. Very light and comfortable to wear, these marvelous earrings look stunning on and would make a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 2 5/8" long. Both jade rings have an outer diameter of slightly more than 1”.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold, enameling or to the jade beads and rings.
