Late Art Deco 14kt Mixed Metals Diamond Engage Ring .45ct
A beautiful diamond engagement ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! This lovely ring is made of 14kt gold and features a single old European Cut diamond in the center. The diamond, which is prong set, has I color, I1 clarity, and weighs approximately 0.45ct. The shank of the ring is made of gorgeous rose gold, and along each shoulder of the mounting is a "V" shaped white gold design with lovely engraving around it. There is also an airline along the side of the ring with a simple but attractive wirework design. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified gemologist in January 2013 and has a stated retail replacement value of $2,500.00. It's a gorgeous and feminine design and would make a wonderful engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.75 but it could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold mounting or to the diamond stone, which is intact.
