A simply wonderful diamond heart pendant from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! This exquisite piece is crafted in 14kt white gold and forms the shape of a romantic heart encrusted with sparkling diamonds across the surface. A combination of pavé set Transitional Cut and Single Cut stones adorn the surface, weighing approximately 0.60ctw combined and creating a dazzling array as they catch the light with every turn. The stones rest in an open back setting, allowing their brightness to come alive next to the white gold setting. Finishing the design is a yellow gold bail that rests in the upper corner of the heart, allowing this subtle mixed metal pendant to hang on an angle from a favorite chain. A gorgeous and stunning piece, it would make a perfect gift for someone special!
Measurements: The pendant hangs on an angle approximately 7/8" long (including the bail at the top), measures about 5/8" wide, and is 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white and yellow gold setting, and all of the diamonds are intact. The bail is secure and in good working condition.
