Late Art Deco Platinum Drippy Diamond Earrings 7.00ctw
A pair of exquisite diamond earrings from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! These diamond-encrusted earrings are crafted in platinum and display a unique and glamorous design. The top of each earring features a curvilinear triangle shape with a lovely cutout at the center. A single Trillion Cut diamond is bezel set at the center, and is surrounded by stunning French Cut diamonds. Hanging below are five strands of Transitional Cut diamonds, each individually bezel set in a vertical row. The diamonds exhibit G/H range color and VS1-VS2 range clarity, and weigh approximately 3.50ctw per earring, and a stunning 7.00ctw all together. Resting on the back of each earring is a 14kt white gold post and omega clip back stamped with a French hallmark of an owl. The earrings sway with lovely movement, catching the light beautifully with every turn. A stunning statement piece when worn, they would be perfect for special occasions!
Measurements: Each earring hangs 1 1/4" long, measures 1/2" at the widest point and has a depth of 1/8".
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact. The clasped earrings wires are secure and in good working condition.
