Late Art Deco Sterling Crystal Link Necklace 15"
This gorgeous crystal necklace from the late Art Deco era (ca1930) is simply stunning! Crafted in sterling silver, the necklace is comprised of 27 round faceted crystals, each connected together by a small silver ring. The stones are prong set and beautifully faceted, catching the light perfectly when worn, creating a stunning, sparkling appearance. The open-backed silver setting has a naturally dark patina that gives the piece a rich look and finishing the design is a simple spring ring clasp at the back. Stamped on the side of one of the crystal settings is "STERLING" next to a small makers mark. When worn, the necklace drapes elegantly along the neckline. Feminine and versatile, it would make a lovely accessory for special occasions or daily wear!
Measurements: The entire necklace measures approximately 15" long and each crystal measures a little less than 1/2" in diameter.
Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to any of the crystals or to the silver links and the spring ring clasp is secure and in excellent working condition.
