An exquisite diamond engagement ring from the Late Victorian (ca1900) era! The diamond stone, which is an old Mine cut, has a total weight of approximately 0.62ctw and is set in a lovely 14kt yellow gold mounting. The color of the stone is J and the clarity is SI1. The diamond is set in an 6-prong setting, which sits atop a wonderful mounting with gold wirework that can be seen from the side. The underside of the ring is stamped “14K”. The ring was appraised in May 2017 by an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist and has a stated retail replacement value of $2,900.00. It is an absolutely stunning diamond and would make a beautiful engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 5.25 but it could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or to the diamond stone.
