A gorgeous pocket watch by Pateck & Co. from the Late Victorian (ca1900s) era! Crafted in 18kt yellow gold, this stunning piece has a striking black and blue enamel pattern. The round pocket watch has an intriguing pattern comprised of black enamel with a classic rectangular running bond pattern and a beautiful sky blue with a royal blue flourish. Five pearls embellish each side; one is encrusted with six Rose Cut diamonds while the other is decorated by a gorgeous snowflake-like pattern. The edge of each cover displays a delicately engraved pattern. When the crown is depressed, the hunter case opens to reveal a white face with elegant black indices. The watch's back case opens to read "Cylindre HUIT RUBRIS" indicating an 8 jewel movement. It reads "Pateck & Co Geneve" in a lovely script, and there are two places to wind the watch and set the time with an accompanying watch key. The crown's bail has a wonderful engraving, and is ready to be worn on a favorite chain. A gorgeous piece, this pocket watch would make a stunning addition to any collection!
