Retro 12kt Gold Filled Multi-Stone Agate Scarab Link Bracelet
A beautiful and unusual scarab beetle bracelet from the Retro (ca1940s) era! This lovely bracelet is crafted in 12kt yellow gold fill and comprised of 10 multi-stone scarab links. Each link is portrayed by a single agate stone which is hand-carved into a scarab beetle, with an oval-shaped body and a carved surface depicting its face and wings. The scarabs are held within an open-back bezel setting, allowing the hieroglyphic-like symbols carved on the underside to be visible. The bracelet has a pattern that alternates between a larger scarab and two smaller scarab strands, all linked together by a grooved connector loop. The earthy hues of the agate stones look wonderful next to each other and are perfectly complimented by the gold setting. Finishing the design is a simple spring ring clasp the fastens the piece together at the back. A wonderful work of art, this colorful multi-link scarab bracelet looks marvelous when worn and would make a lovely addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures 8.25" long. The scarab links vary in size with the larger links measures approximately 7/8" long, 5/8" wide, and 1/4" thick. The smallest scarab links measure 1/2" long, 3/8" wide, and a little less than 1/4" thick.
