Retro French 18kt Diamond Lined Hebrew "Chai" Symbol Pendant 0.25ctw
The Hebrew word "Chai" (also sometimes written as "Hai") is depicted as a symbol formed by two letters of the Hebrew alphabet. The word translates to "alive" or "living," and is prominently used in Jewish modern culture. Additionally, it is referenced in the phrase "giving chai," wherein those of Jewish faith give donations or gifts in multiples of 18. Like the Hamsa hand or the Star of David, the Chai symbol is often worn as a pendant around the neck, as a reminder of its special meaning.
