A lovely ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 12kt yellow gold, the ring adorns a rich garnet cabochon at the center. The bezel-set stone displays a deep, alluring red hue, beautifully complemented by the rosy metal. Completing the design is a wide gold band that graduates slightly towards the back and features a simple, smoothly polished surface. The underside of the ring is engraved with "L.F.D. - E.L.R" and stamped with a fist holding two crossed arrows. A perfect everyday ring, it would make a versatile addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6 3/4 but could easily be resized. The garnet centerpiece measures a little more than 1/2" tall, 3/8" wide, and rests less than 1/4" above the finger when worn.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. The garnet is intact and securely set.
