Victorian 14kt Enamel, Diamond, Pearl Charm Bracelet
A beautiful charm bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This piece is a wonderful compilation of 13 charms which appear to have been stick pin tops and small pendants, which dangle from a 14kt yellow gold link bracelet. Each of the charms represent a different design and all but one have stones or pearls set within them. The stones include a ruby, amethyst, numerous diamonds, a sapphire, several garnets and a pearl which are all set in the center of the whimsical charm that they detail. The intricate detail of each charm is simply beautiful and include Etruscan wirework, repousse designs, etched accents and vibrant enameling. The links of the bracelet have a very fine twisted wirework design which has a textured surface. The clasp is marked "585", about half of the charms are marked "14K" and 1 is marked "10K". Truly a one of a kind piece, this beautiful bracelet would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures a little less than 7.5" in length. The charms vary in size with the snake measuring 3/8" wide, 3/4" tall and 1/8" in depth being the smallest to lion charm measuring 3/4" wide, 3/4" tall and 1/8" in depth being the largest.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear there is no apparent damage to the gold charms or to the enameling and the all of the stones are intact. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
