Victorian 14kt Gold & Diamond Cherub Heart Charm
A beautiful heart-shaped charm from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Crafted in 14kt yellow gold, the charm depicts a sweet cherub in raised repousse detail. The cherub is deep in thought, resting its chin on its hand while gazing up at the heavens. The detailed imagery includes wavy locks of hair and feathered wings, and the raised frame of the charm creates a scrolled border surrounding the cherub. A row of three delicate rose cut diamonds rests just below the cherub's arms, adding a soft sparkle to the piece! The name "Lisa" is engraved on the reverse side of the piece, and a simple gold bail rests at the top. A charming and delicate piece, it would look wonderful worn on a gold chain or hung from a special charm bracelet!
Measurements: The charm hangs 7/8" long, including the bail at the top. The heart itself measures 5/8" tall, 1/2" wide, and 1mm thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the charm is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or bail, and all three diamond accents are intact.
