Victorian 14kt/Sterling Diamond Horseshoe + Riding Crop Link Bracelet
A fantastic diamond equestrian bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This wonderful conversion piece consists of a Victorian pin, which forms the shape of a 3-dimensional riding crop, set at the center of an ornate link chain bracelet. Crafted in 14kt rose gold with sterling silver accents, the crop weaves through the center of a horseshoe lined with sparkling old Rose Cut diamonds. Additional accent diamonds line the handle of the crop, and a lovely twisted wirework "rope" loops through the horseshoe and across the crop, adding wonderful dimension to the piece. The horseshoe, handle, and tip are all topped in sterling silver, creating a wonderful mixed metals appeal and attached at either end, is a delicate, double Cuban link chain, fastening in the back with a push clasp and safety latch, stamped "14K" and "ITALY." The crop is slightly domed in shape, allowing it to comfortably rest across the wrist for everyday wear. A unique and beautiful piece, this bracelet is perfect for any equestrian lover!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7.5" in total length. The crop measures about 2" wide, 3/8" tall, and is 1/8" thick. The chain measures about 1/8" wide and is 1/16" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the piece is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the rose gold and sterling silver setting. The diamonds are all intact and securely set. The push clasp and safety latch are secure and in good working condition.
