Victorian 14kt/Sterling Rose Cut Diamond Cluster Earrings 0.90ctw

An absolutely gorgeous pair of hanging diamond earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! These beautiful earrings are made of sterling-topped 14kt yellow gold and feature a stunning old Rose Cut diamond design. Each earring begins with a decorative topper comprised of three Rose Cut diamonds contained in leaf-like bezel settings. Dangling freely below the surmount is circular link, which holds eight Rose Cut diamonds forming a flower-shaped cluster in the center. A halo-like border surrounds the cluster, completing the elegant design. Each earring hangs from a gold earring wire and attached lever back for comfortable wear and extra security. Stamped on the back of each lever is "14K" and "1011." A simply stunning pair of Victorian earrings, they would be suitable for everyday wear or special occasions, and would make an exceptional addition to any collection!

Measurements: Each diamond earring hangs approximately 1 3/8" long. The circle link at the bottom has a diameter of slightly more than 1/2" and is 3/16" thick.

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling-topped gold setting and all of the diamonds are intact. The earring wires and lever backs are secure and in good working condition.
