Victorian 15k Mixed Gold Etruscan Dangling Gold Earrings

SKU: 45831

Absolutely gorgeous gold earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Each ornate earring is made of vibrant 15k yellow and rose gold (indicating English origin) and has a lovely floral 3-dimensional design. The earrings hang from ornately decorated toppers, which are attached to a simple gold wire and ball surmount. A fine Etruscan bead and wirework design covers the surface of each surmount. Three hollow gold links dangle freely from the bottom, completing the stunning design perfectly and giving the earrings lovely movement when worn. The earrings feature bloomed sunflowers at the center of the dangling link. Very lightweight and comfortable to wear, they have a strong Victorian look and would make a special addition to any collection!

Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1 1/2" long and measures about 3/4" at the widest point.

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, Etruscan detail, dangling links, or to the earring wires, which are secure and intact. There is a natural patina on the surface of the gold, which is normal for a Victorian era piece and adds depth to the design.
