Victorian 18kt 5-Stone Diamond & Sapphire Ring
A lovely diamond and sapphire ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era! The piece, which is made of 18kt yellow gold, has 3 vibrant sapphire stones and 2 sparkling diamonds. Each diamond is an old Mine Cut stone and has a total approximate weight of .12ct tw. The outer 2 sapphires weigh approximately .12ct tw and the center stone is slightly larger, weighing approximately .20ct. The stones, which alternate, are all prong set in a handmade, ornate 18kt yellow gold setting. The inside shank is stamped with several English hallmarks: a crown, the numbers "18" and "1", and an anchor along with the initials "CLM". It's a simply beautiful ring and would make a gorgeous addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.75 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting and all of the stones are intact.
