A striking gunmetal chain from the Victorian (1880s) era! Extremely long in length, this simple yet attractive piece is comprised of sections of gunmetal chain which alternate with elongated rosy 9kt gold links. The gunmetal setting has a handsome, darkened color and a wonderful matte finish that is beautifully complemented by the soft rose gold, creating a rich two-tone appeal. The chain secures with both a watch clasp and a large spring ring to which a pendant could be attached if desired. A beautifully made piece, it is versatile enough to wear every day and would make a stylish addition to any jewelry collection!
Measurements: The entire length of the chain measures 56" long, including the watch swivel clasp. The sections of gunmetal chain measure approximately 1" in length, nearly 1/8" wide, and 1/16" deep. Each 9kt gold link measures about 3/8" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the chain is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gunmetal and gold links. The spring ring and watch clasp are in good working condition.
