Victorian Petite 14kt/Sterling Diamond Trefoil Earrings 1.20ctw
A stunning pair of diamond trefoil earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Crafted 14kt yellow gold topped in sterling silver, each earring is adorned with 3 sparkling old Mine Cut diamonds that form the "leaves" of a lovely trefoil shape. Collectively, the prong set stones weigh 1.20ctw between both earrings and exhibit H-I range color and SI range clarity, catching the light beautifully with every turn. The diamonds rests in a sterling silver setting, hanging from yellow gold wires and accented with a gold "stem" at the base, creating a gorgeous mixed metals appeal. The petite earrings dangle with lovely movement and frame the face beautifully. A very sweet and feminine design, the earrings would make a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 3/4" long (including the wire at the top), measures about 3/8" wide, and is 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the yellow gold and sterling silver setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set. The earring wires are secure and in good working condition.
