Victorian Petite Sterling/14kt Cushion Cut Diamond Pendant 0.65ct
A beautiful mixed metals and diamond pendant from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! This gorgeous piece holds a stunning diamond at the center of a sterling silver setting, which hangs from a 14kt yellow gold loop and bail. The old Cushion Mine Cut diamond weighs approximately 0.65ct and displays J color and SI1 clarity, sparkling beautifully as it catches the light with every turn. The diamond is set in a raised prong setting and the silver displays a natural patina, which contrasts wonderfully with the polished gold bail. This unique and gorgeous pendant would look wonderful hanging from a complimentary gold chain, and would make the perfect everyday accessory!
Measurements: The pendant hangs approximately 5/8" long (including the bail at the top). The pendant itself measures about 3/8" in diameter and is 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and silver setting. The diamond is intact and securely set. The bail is secure and in good working order.
