Vintage 14kt Jadeite Teardrop Dangle Earrings

SKU: 44115

$1,495
A stunning pair of Vintage jade earrings from the 1960s era! Crafted in 14kt yellow gold, each earring begins with a round cabochon jadeite stone prong-set within a textured, open-channel surmount. The cabochon stones display an opalescent-like quality due to their translucent body and closed-back yellow gold setting. A carved teardrop jadeite stone dangles freely below, topped with a textured yellow gold cap finished with a zigzag edge. All of the jade stones are smoothly polished and display a striking color, with various hues of soft green and milky white for a subtle marbled effect. The earrings read "14K" on the backside of the surmount as well as on their yellow gold posts, secured by matching tension backings. These elegant and flattering earrings are in beautiful condition and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!

Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1 5/8" long and measures 5/16" at its widest point.

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or jadeite stones. The posts and matching backings are both secure and in good working condition
