Vintage 18kt Rose Gold Envelope + Removable Letter Charm Pendant

A simply adorable and sentimental Vintage charm from the 1950s era! Crafted in rosy 18kt gold, this unique piece portrays the shape of a hinged envelope with a removable blank letter inside. The surface of the realistic charm is smoothly polished on both sides, and the hinged flap secures with a simple stud. The flat gold 'letter' inside is easily removable but remains securely in place and a simple gold ring rest at the upper right corner, ready to hang from a charm bracelet or a favorite chain.  The interior of the envelope flap is stamped "750" and the letter could be engraved with a short, special message if desired. This sweet charm is a perfect addition to any Vintage collection!

Measurements: The charm measures approximately 5/8" wide and 7/16" tall. The overall pennyweight is 1.9dwt.

Condition: The overall condition of the charm is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and the ring for hanging is secure and intact. The envelope hinge is in good working condition and closes securely. The removable letter displays minor signs of wear from insertion and removal but this does not negatively impact the beauty of the piece and is not visible when worn.
