Vintage 14kt Large Jade Cabochon + Inlaid Black Enamel Ring
An unusual and bold Vintage jade ring! This striking piece is crafted in 14kt yellow gold and features a stunning oval-shaped jade cabochon at its center. The jade stone is smoothly polished and particularly large in size, displaying a gorgeous soft green color. Resting in a bezel setting, it is encircled by a smoothly polished 3-dimensional ring, providing a wonderful textural element to the design. Overlapping the ring on either shoulder is a triangular shape piece of rich, black enamel that beautifully complimenting the vibrant green center. Finishing the design is a wide smoothly polished band that tapers towards the back, and stamped inside of the shank are two "14K" gold purity marks. This stunning ring would make a fabulous statement piece when worn, perfect for day or night!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 7.75, but could be resized. The jade centerpiece measures approximately 1 1/8" tall, about 3/4" wide, and rests 1/4" above the finger when worn. The graduated band measures 6.5mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the yellow gold setting. The green and black jade stones are intact and securely set. There is a small natural inclusion on the edge of the cabochon, however due to its location, it is not noticeable when worn.
