Vintage 10kt Faux Coral + Carved Wood Resin Blackamoor Earrings

A lovely pair of vintage blackamoor earrings from the 1950s! Each 3-dimensional earring is crafted out of hand-carved resin and forms the shape of a beautiful face that hangs from a decorative topper. The incredible sculpted details include defined facial features, an elegant hairstyle, and delicate gold hoops representing earrings. Resting at the base is a gold cap adorned with a red faux coral cabochon, set in a scalloped bezel. A matching red faux coral cabochon decorates the round topper, adding a wonderful pop of color to the design. The topper is attached to a clasped earring wire that is riveted into the top of the resin. The earrings dangle with lovely movement, and frame the face beautifully when worn. These artistic earrings would make a unique addition to any jewelry collection!

Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 2" long (including the earring wires), and measures about 3/8" wide and 1/2" thick. 

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the carved wood resin faces or gold accents. The glass cabochons are intact and securely set. The clasped earring wires are secure and in good working condition.
