Vintage Large 18kt Two-Tone Modernist Style Ring
A fabulous two-tone Modernist-style Vintage ring from the 1970s era! This bold piece, which is crafted in 18kt yellow and white gold ring, is particularly large in size and features a mixed metals 3-dimensional design on the front. A yellow gold oval shaped plaque rests at the center of the piece, followed by two alternating oval-shaped frames of white then yellow gold gold. The entire centerpiece is slightly concave in shape, which creates a unique and striking profile when worn. Rectangular cutouts line the edge of the outer frame and the polished split band features cutout details at the shoulders, tapering slightly towards the back where the inside of the shank is stamped "750" next to a makers mark. Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.5, but could easily be resized. The oval-shaped centerpiece measures about 1" tall and approximately 3/4" wide and rests about 3/8" above the finger when worn. The graduated band measures 3mm at the back. The overall pennyweight of the ring is 6.8dwt (10.7 grams).
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no damage two-tone gold setting.
