A charming and creative clam shell pendant/charm from the Retro (ca1950s) era! This wonderful sea-inspired piece has a fun and decorative design, and is crafted in vibrant 14k yellow gold. The pendant/charm takes form in a three-dimensional clam shell, which is propped open at its bottom edge by a shimmery white pearl. The outside surface of the shell has textured detail, which further adds to the unique appeal of the piece. The pendant/charm is accompanied by a complementary bail, which would allow the piece to be attached to a favorite chain. The complementary bail is marked with a "14K" purity mark. Condition: The overall condition of the pendant/charm is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the pearl, which is secure and intact. The complementary bail is intact and in working order.
