A very unique and beautiful moonstone ring from the Late Victorian (ca1900) era! Simply stunning, this unique ring is made of 14kt yellow gold and holds a two heart shaped cabochon moonstone within an unusual scrolling design. The moonstones are laying tip to tip in raised prong settings and have a lovely iridescent pale blue color. Between the stones are two prong set full cut diamonds, giving the design a nice sparkle. Holding the stones in place is a sculptural mounting that depicts a scrolled pillar at each shoulder that continue into a smoothly polished simple gold band. This exquisite and unusual piece is a wonderful example of the Victorian era and would make a very special addition to any collection!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.5 scant but could be resized. When worn, the ring rests just under 1/4" above the finger. The mounting of the ring measures approximately 1/2" long and 1/4" wide.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the moonstones or diamonds, all of which are intact.
