A unique convertible ring/bracelet from the Retro (ca1940s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold, this piece features a fabulous design, which allows the item to be worn as either a ring or bracelet. The piece is composed of 8 foldable square-shaped panels, which can be stacked into a ring, or left to comprise a bracelet. The centerpiece of the ring/bracelet is encrusted with diamonds, and features a central .72ct marquis cut diamond, which is held within an eight-prong setting. The central marquis diamond is surrounded by a halo of single cut diamonds, which are all held within bead-settings. Together, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .2ctw. The centerpiece and panels are adorned with vibrant blue enameling, which incorporates scrolling and floral-motifs. The ring/bracelet secures with a push clasp, which is marked with a "14K" purity mark. A splendid piece, this ring/bracelet would be perfect for any antique jewelry lover!
Measurements: The ring is a size 6.25, and could not be resized. The bracelet measures 7 3/4" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring/bracelet is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and all of the diamonds are secure and intact. There is no serious damage to the enameling, and the push clasp which secures the ring/bracelet is intact and in working order.
