A stunning nail bracelet from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era by New York-based jeweler, Trout & Co.! Crafted in vibrant 14k yellow gold, this bracelet represents a twisting nail! The entire surface of the hinged bracelet is adorned with intricate engravings, which incorporates blooming floral and swirl-motifs. The bracelet secures with a simple push clasp, and features both a figure eight safety mechanism and safety chain. The inside of the bracelet is marked: "PAT APPL'D FOR TS". A stunning piece, this bracelet would blend seamlessly into any antique jewelry collection!
Measurements: The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures 2 1/2" wide and 2" tall.
