A gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold, this ring features a solitaire, bezel-set oval mine cut diamond. The stone, which is wonderfully faceted, has a carat weight of 1ct, and displays S/T color and VS2 clarity. The shoulders of the ring feature lovely, raised repoussé-detailing, which incorporates scrolling and foliage-motifs. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple. The diamond is accompanied by a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Report #2231752779, which provides more information on the center stone. Measurements: The ring is currently a size 6.25, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 2.02mm.
Condition: The ring is overall in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. The diamond is intact and securely set.
