A lovely horse head fob/charm from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Crafted in 14kt gold, this petite piece has a wonderful 3-dimensional design. The detailed repousse surface includes a flowing mane, pointed ears, and individual facial features for a realistic look. Attached to the top of the head is a large open ring with lightly etched detail, and a simple jump ring, allowing it to hang from a favorite chain or charm bracelet. Perfect for the equestrian enthusiast, this simple antique charm would make a great everyday accessory!
Measurement: The charm hangs 1" long (including both rings at the top). The horse head itself measures 3/4" tall, 5/8" wide, and 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the piece is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold repousse setting, or to either of the gold rings, both of which are securely attached and soldered shut.
