A gorgeous crystal chain necklace from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! This elegant silver-plated chain displays delicate crystal links that connect to form a long, flowing necklace. Each crystal is faceted for a sparkling, light-catching effect and contained within open-backed bezels. The links are connected by small jump rings and the strand fastens at two spring ring clasps in the back, although it can be easily slipped on and off overhead thanks to its generous length. The double clasps make it possible to hang a pendant or locket from the center, or to double (or triple) the chain for a stylish layered look. A simply stunning piece, it has a very feminine look that merges seamlessly between day and night. It would make a fabulous addition to any jewelry collection!
Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 58" long. Each crystal link (including its bezel) measures 5mm in diameter.
Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the silver-plated setting or to any of the crystals, all of which are intact. The spring clasp is secure and in good working condition.
