Victorian Sterling & Enamel Painted Flowers Locket
A beautiful and feminine locket from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This lovely piece is made of sterling silver and features a delicate floral design in the center. The inlaid hand-painted enamel image depicts stunning pink flowers in bloom, which are surrounded by delicate green leaves and stems. The locket is hinged at the side and opens to reveal a space to store a special photograph behind glass. Condition: The overall condition of the locket is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling setting or inlaid enamel design. The locket opens and closes securely, and the bail is secure and intact.
