An eye-catching opal and diamond pendant necklace from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in 18k white gold, this necklace begins with a dainty paperclip chain, which secures with a spring ring clasp stamped "18K". Hanging at the center of the chain is a teardrop-shaped opal pendant. The opal is held within a three-prong setting, and displays incredible blue, green, orange, and red flashes. The bottom of the opal is decorated with 7 small bead-set single cut diamonds, which further add to the impressive design of the pendant necklace. The top of the opal pendant also feature an additional bezel-set single cut diamond. An elegant piece, this pendant necklace would be perfect for any special occasion or event!
Measurements: The chain measures 16 1/2" and the pendant measures 1 3/8" long and 1/2" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the piece is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum chain, and the opal and diamond pendant is secure and intact. The spring ring clasp is in working order.
