A stunning and colorful engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in platinum, this ring features a 1.59ct old mine cut diamond, which is held within a clawed four-prong setting. The gorgeous stone displays G/H color and VS2 clarity. The diamond is surrounded by a gorgeous frame, which is adorned with bead-set single cut diamonds and milgrain-detailing. Overall, the smaller diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .45ctw. Each shoulder of the ring also features a singular bezel-set round cut emerald. The bezel-settings have a lovely teardrop-shape and the emeralds display a luscious green hue. The band of the ring features delicate scrolling and wheat-motif engravings, and the inside of the shank features a "PLATINUM" purity mark. A phenomenal piece, this ring would make a spectacular engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a size 8, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.7mm.
Condition: The ring is in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. All of the emeralds and diamonds are intact and securely set.
