Art Deco Platinum Diamond Onyx Drop Earrings

An incredible pair of earrings from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in platinum, each earring begins with a beautiful surmount, which is comprised of 2, bezel-set, old European cut diamonds. Each bezel-setting is further adorned with milgrain-detailing. Each bold earring is completed by a larger, bezel-set, old European cut diamond. The larger diamonds are encircled by an onyx frame, which draws the eye to the sparkling stones. Together, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of 2.75ctw, and display H/I color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The earrings are completed by simple earring wires. An exceptional pair, these earrings would look marvelous worn to any special upcoming event!

Measurements: Each earring has a total length of 1".

Condition: The overall condition of the pair is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the diamonds are intact and securely set. The onyx frames are securely attached and are not chipped or cracked in any way.
