Art Deco Platinum Diamond & Onyx Engagement Ring 1.70ct

An elegant engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in platinum, this ring features a central, bezel-set, 1.70ct old European cut diamond. The stone displays H/I color and SI1-SI2 clarity. The diamond rests atop a faceted, octagonal, onyx plaque. The dark hue of the prong-set onyx elevates the central, sparkling stone. The shoulders of the ring feature a glamorous "step" design, represented by bezel-set baguette cut diamonds. The baguette cut diamonds graduate in size, and display H/I color and VS1-VS2 clarity. Together, the complementary stones have an approximate total carat weight of .40ctw. The band of the ring is smooth and simple.
